Heavenly Home Office Design
When you work from home you want to feel like you’re in a calming space, a space where you can get all the work done and a space you don’t want to leave. I think I did just that for this home office upgrade.
Process
This was a slightly tricky space to design because of the size and lack of windows or natural light. I leaned into the coziness of the space by incorporating a rich textured seagrass wallpaper and a deep aqua accent wall. The original furniture in the space felt out of scale for such a small room, we actually added more items to the room while creating the illusion of more space. What a heavenly home office! Fun fact: I actually got super hands on with this project and learned some new diy skills. I did the board & batten wall paneling myself and hung the wallpaper.
